Mauritian of Indian Origin - Senior Social Security Officer by profession - A great football fan !  Strangely Kris  has never been a referee in his life !  He has made scientific research for a decade to come up with a Triangular and Panoramic System of Refereeing - finalised in 1996. TPS Refereeing is fully described in his work entitled "Scientific Research Work for Football-Soccer Refereeing ". It is scientifically worked out based upon mathematics, physics, mystic science and nature’s laws. Moreover it is a combined system of  the TRIANGULAR [3-side observation] & the PANORAMIC [top view observation] working simultaneously which blocks all possibilities for refereeing errors to occur during football matches. TPS Refereeing involves 2 additional goal-linemen positioned above ground level at each goal post. All infringement of the game are spontaneously detected and sanctioned accordingly. Initially, from the Triangular Module, he developed the Triangular System (TS) and ultimately transformed it into the Triangular & Panoramic System (TPS) from mystic ideas. However it is to be noted that with TPS refereeing, the goal lineman would have instantly detected the various faults as seen below and disallowed the goals or allowed the goals upon all fairness.

From 1966 to 2010 - 44 years - absolutely nothing done in refereeing !
What a big shame to football-soccer, considered no.1 sport-game in the world !

A clear cut goal (equaliser) of the English well inside but denied by the officials in the 1/8 final World Cup 2010 between German and England, match played on 27/06/2010.

What a blunder !

England was unjustly eliminated.

Final score 4-1 in favour of Germany.

In fact neither the referee nor the touch lineman is responsible.

It all due to parallax error.

This time the lineman & referee validated Geoff Hurst's 'imaginary' goal which has never crossed the goal line.

Here because of too far observation both the referee and lineman could not detect whether the ball had crossed the goal line or not. Our eyes could see with clear vision only about 40-50 feet.

Another concrete proof and clear evidence of parallax error committed is the non-award of a clear cut goal of Allan Shearer. It was during a penalty forceful shot !                                            
The penalty kick effected by Newcastle – kicker Allan Shearer against Southampton in England on the 16th January 2000. 
There were only two players meaning no obstruction for clear view - kicker Shearer and Southampton goalkeeper were the only players inside the penalty/goal areas.
During penalty kick of course the referee is near the goal post and as well as touch lineman. 
Both of them were unable to see that the ball in fact had crossed the goal line, bounced well inside !
They both disallowed a genuine goal.  How astonishing!

Observation from ground level would not permit to have a vast vision; we see just some little portion.  Only from higher level (PANORAMIC OBSERVATION) we can have a clear and vast vision and thereby eliminating parallax error.
TPS refereeing takes absolute care to deal with PARALLAX !


                            With TPS refereeing such errors will definitely not occur !
